Automation process

3) Prototyping & Testing
Now that the most valuable automations have been identified, we will work your subject matter experts to build rapid prototypes and to confirm the expected results in a test environment.
4) Launch
Now that we have a working prototype, we can finalize the launch plan with your enterprise. This plan will include everything from change control/communication, actual release to a production environment and validating the production results.
